Frequently asked questions
How do I put my menu together?
You are welcome to compose your menu from our current à la carte menu. We are also happy to advise you individually on site – we look forward to your visit.
This is what your menu could look like (example):
- Amuse-bouche (on the house)
- 2 soups (1 clear and 1 creamy). If you prefer: a cold starter beforehand or a warm starter afterwards
- Salad from the buffet
- 3 main courses (e.g., 1 meat, 1 fish, 1 vegetarian)
- 2 desserts. Children can always choose from the kids’ menu. Please also inform us of any guests with allergies!
How will the table be decorated?
Our decoration includes fresh flowers, seasonally matching napkins, and a table runner on our solid wood tables. You are welcome to bring your own decorations the day before your celebration. If the tables are free and already set, you may decorate them yourself. Otherwise, we will be delighted to style the tables and rooms to suit your event.
May I bring my own cake, pastries, or doughnuts?
Absolutely – with a 3-course menu (e.g., soup, main course, dessert) you may bring your cakes or doughnuts at no extra charge. We provide plates and cutlery; we kindly ask you to take care of cutting and serving. Please understand that for smaller menus we charge a service fee of € 1.50 per person. You are welcome to drop everything off on the morning of your event.
How long may we stay in the restaurant?

High-quality products from the region
We celebrate this principle in harmony with the seasons.
Here we serve seasonal highlights for your culinary enjoyment: East Tyrolean asparagus and the first herbs of spring. Our legendary grill evening in summer with tables piled with fresh vegetables, salads, and light fish and meat specialties. Lots of fruit & mushrooms in late summer; autumn is the time for wild game and "Törggelen" (a tradition involving new wine and must). In winter, there are warm soups, ragouts, winter vegetables, and the smell of freshly baked cookies.
