You may check in at the Dolomitenhof from 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive later than 9:00 p.m. or earlier than 3:00 p.m., please let us know in advance. - When is check-out?
Please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. For a late check-out, please contact us in advance. - Is the hotel entrance accessible at all times?
The main entrance is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. With your room key card, you may enter at any time. - Is there an electric vehicle charging station?
Yes, we offer two EV charging stations. Electricity is billed per kWh consumed. Our reception team will gladly provide more details. - Are there parking facilities?
There is plenty of parking directly in front of the hotel. Covered parking is not available. - How can I reach the hotel by public transport?
You can travel via ÖBB and VVT. Lienz railway station is only a few minutes' drive from the Dolomitenhof. - Is there a bus stop nearby?
Yes, the bus stop “Abzw. Dorfstraße” is located right next to the hotel. You can easily reach us by VVT public transport. - Is Wi-Fi available?
We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel. - How far is the city center?
The center of Lienz is a 5-minute drive away. - What is the local tax?
The local tax is €2.60 per person per day (not included in the room rate). - How far is the nearest supermarket?
The ADEG supermarket on Tristacherstraße is about 2 km away—roughly a 25-minute walk or a 3-minute drive. - How far is the nearest ATM?
The nearest ATM is a 15-minute walk away, located on the main road towards Lienz.

- At what times are meals served?
We offer two board options: bed and breakfast or half board.
Breakfast: 7:00–10:00 a.m.
Half-board dinner: 5:30–8:00 p.m.
The restaurant and bar are open daily; exact hours are listed on our website or at reception. Guests with breakfast only may reserve a table in our à-la-carte area. - Is there a restaurant?

- When is the wellness area open?
Our wellness area with Dolomite views is open daily from 3:00–8:00 p.m.
Our Nature Suites with private sauna may be used at any time. - What does the wellness area include?
Our wellness area offers a sanarium, Finnish sauna, infrared cabin and a panoramic balcony.
Children under 14 are not permitted.
Bathrobes are available at reception; sauna towels are provided directly in the wellness area and may be reused in your room for environmental reasons.
Bath slippers are available at reception upon request. - Is there a sauna?
Yes, the wellness area includes a Finnish sauna and a sanarium. - Is there a swimming pool?
No, our wellness area does not include a swimming pool.
Rooms
- Do the rooms have a shower or a bathtub?
Most rooms have a shower; only a few feature a bathtub. - Do the rooms have a balcony?
Most rooms at the Dolomitenhof have balconies, regardless of the booked category. All Nature Suites feature spacious balconies or terraces. - Is there a children’s discount?
Yes, when two adults pay full price in a double room:
0–2 years: free
3–5.9 years: 70% discount
6–10.9 years: 50% discount
11–14.9 years: 20% discount - Which rooms are suitable for families?
We offer suitable options for families with up to four children (six people total).
Choices include Superior Double Rooms or Family Rooms with separate bedrooms.
For more space, our approx. 40 m² Nature Suites offer a private sauna or a separate sleeping alcove. All suites can also be booked as self-catering apartments. - Is there a minibar in the room?
Each room includes a small refrigerator for your convenience. - Are there accessible rooms?
Yes, accessible rooms are available. Please contact reception for details. - Is there a safe in the room?

Yes, we offer a lockable bike storage room. - Is there a garden?
Yes, we have a small garden next to the terrace, including a playground where children can play while parents keep an eye on them. - Can bicycles be rented?
We will gladly help you find a nearby bike rental service. - Is there a ski bus?
Our hotel ski shuttle runs:
Morning: 8:45–10:45 a.m.
Afternoon: 3:00–5:00 p.m. - Can ski passes be purchased at the hotel?
Yes, we issue ski passes directly at the hotel. - Is the ski area suitable for families?
Yes, the Zettersfeld ski area is very family-friendly and offers children’s ski courses. - Is there a ski school?
Yes, the Lienz Ski School operates at Zettersfeld. - Are there ski huts?
Yes, including the Winkler family’s hut “Pepo’s am Berg”, where you may charge purchases to your room.
With half board, a small afternoon snack is included from 3:00 p.m. - Are there discounts on ski passes?
Yes, children up to 18 receive a 50% discount. Please contact us directly when booking with children. - Is there a ski rental nearby?
Yes, Joachim’s Skishop at the valley station and Skiverleih Moser at the mountain station. - Is there a toboggan run nearby?
Yes, there is a natural toboggan run from the Dolomitenhütte or from the lower Kreithof down to the Tristach sports field. Please check opening times. - Is there a toboggan taxi?
Yes, we can arrange one for you. - Can sleds, headlamps or snowshoes be rented at the hotel?
Yes, we offer free rental of sleds, headlamps and snowshoes. We recommend sturdy winter shoes and a ski helmet when tobogganing. - Where can I go ice skating nearby?
There is a public ice rink in Lienz. If temperatures are low enough, you may also skate on the Tristachersee near the Dolomitenhof.
Skates can be rented at the Lienz rink; at the lake you must bring your own. - Are snowshoe or winter hikes offered?
Yes, we offer one free guided snowshoe hike per guest in winter, led by Thomas or Helga Winkler, both certified mountain and hiking guides. - Where is the nearest golf course?
The 36-hole Dolomitengolf course is about 3 km or 7 minutes by car. As a partner hotel, we offer a 30% discount on the regular green fee. - Are golf packages available?
Yes, we regularly offer attractive golf holiday packages. More information is available on our website.
